Our Social Services department is an excellent resource for information about senior service programs. We can link seniors to government assistance programs and home care agencies, provide referrals to Medicare and insurance assistance, and offer information about other available benefits/resources. In addition we administer the Home-Delivered Meals program for our homebound seniors who are unable to visit us when Congregate meals in the dining area are being served. We also host many educational health and wellness speakers, sponsor Wellness Fairs, offer health screenings and clinics, and provide blood pressure testing through Cleveland EMS. Please call Chris at 216-749-5367 ext. 1126 for more information on the above services.
We have an excellent volunteer program. In fact, our volunteers contribute an average of 30,000 hours per year to community and social service agencies. Our biggest volunteer opportunity is our Meals On Wheels program, which uses 65 volunteers alone. Looking to make a difference in someone’s? Or perhaps you would like to just be active in your community? We can get you started making a difference right away. If you are someone who is compassionate and committed, please call Kim at 216.749.5367.
